CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes to allow me to offer your time slot to other clients. If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before their appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to compensate for the time held. For clients with frequent cancellations or no-shows, non-refundable prepayment may be required for future appointments.
